Host was kind, responsive, and the place was perfect for the two of us, making for a great part of an incredible trip.

Beautiful property, nicely located/appointed and a responsive host.!
Positive: The property was very well appointed with everything you might need for your stay. It was nicely located which allowed you to walk to several restaurants and a beautiful park with walking pathways. The host was responsive to all questions and gave us a Gift Certificate to a local restaurant! Snacks were also provided! On a side note, if your a Pickleball Player there are 8 beautiful courts less than a 10 minute walk away.
Negative: Nothing

A comfortable and very conveniently located unit. The place was neat, clean and well stocked. A great choice for a single or couple visiting Sedona. I will definitely stay here again on a future visit.

Disappointing stay - decided to leave a day earlier than planned due to noise issue
Positive: The main living room is tastefully decorated by Lisa Dahl. This was the picture in the description that made us book the place. The place was clean. Location is a short driving distance from the local town shops and attractions/state parks.
Negative: 1) Though the description says Ground floor - Entire Apartment, this is actually the lower level of a house. There is zero sound proofing if anyone is walking above your 3 rooms - the living room, the bedroom or the bathroom. When the upper level is occupied by guests, it feels like an army is marching upstairs, annotated with creaks for every tread. It was very loud and painful to hear every single step and its exact location. The more active the guests were, the more miserable it felt downstairs. When we mentioned the above to the host, she dismissed it saying other guests did not mention this. Maybe they stayed when the upper level was unoccupied?
We had booked this trip to relax, but we had no peace. Because of this issue, we had to spend most of the day outside and decided to shorten our stay and check out a day earlier. The host refused to compensate us for the inconvenience but extended a discount for a future stay - to which I did not respond. Given our disastrous experience, why would we rebook at this place again?
2) The entrance (french door) to the living room has no shades or curtains. It is charming to look at, but in the evening, if your lights were on - you have no privacy. Especially because the bedroom and the bathroom are separated by the living room, you get to run back and forth if you are undressed. It is inconvenient to not have the bathroom adjacent to the bedroom.
3) For those interested in the kitchenette, there is no dishwasher or dish drying rack - so if you use the dishes - it is a pain. We decided to go with disposable kitchenware. There is no stove or cooking range - we overlooked these in the description.
4) Bring your own Kleenex. We take this for granted when traveling. This place did not have any.
5) There are no grand views from the lower level. The lower level is like a basement - views are mostly to a backyard wall and a wired fence. A window adjacent to the entrance gives you a small peek of a distant hill.
