Comfortable, relaxing, would definitely return.
Positive: Super cozy, love the spacious deck and Fabulous view! Well stocked with kitchen supplies/cooking utensils. Mini split very handy, super quiet and adjusted room temp quickly.
Negative: Minor: could you a couple throw blankets

SEDONA'S STUNNING RED ROCKS enjoyed immensely from this LOCATION!
Positive: The Red Rock Views from upper level were significant and so enjoyable with the clouds and sunshine taking turns lighting up the rocks.
Negative: Would prefer a longer on time on the exterior motion light by side door. Not a big deal, but would be nice.

Incredible vacation home and location. Trails close by and incredible sunsets from the deck.May become our go to rental
Positive: Gorgeous setting and fully stocked home with every comfort available.
Negative: Oven was tiny - normally not a big deal but we had Thanksgiving at the property and cooking was a bit tricky!
